What IS Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is individualized therapy (one-on-one sessions) for many ailments such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, stress management, Long-COVID symptoms, heart health, mobility, balance, flexibility, and neurological disorders. We start with your goals and work together to tailor the best way to meet those with the tools of yoga like mindful movement, meditation, pain education and reduction etc. At the end of most sessions, Shari loves to lead clients in Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation that allows the client to fully relax, release stress and find deep wellness within. Shari is also a teacher of Gentle Somatic Yoga (GSY-L1) which helps repattern the brain-to-body connection and allows for greater mobility, stability, and pain relief.

60 min, 1x/week $65

60 min, 2x/week $115

Semi-Private Yoga Sessions:

60 min, 2-4 people, 1x/week $80 (total)

60 min, 2-4 people, 2x/week $140

*Available to teach yoga for special events, outdoor classes and backpacking trips.
