Yoga Therapy is individualized therapy for many ailments such as chronic pain, low back pain, anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, ADHD, stress management, Long-COVID symptoms, heart health, diabetes, mobility, balance, flexibility, and Parkinson’s/MS.

Offering private yoga and yoga therapy sessions (as a practicum student) at Performance Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Fort Collins, at your home, or virtually.

Private Yoga or Yoga Therapy Sessions:

60 min, 1x/week $65

60 min, 2x/week $115

Semi-Private Yoga Sessions:

60 min, 2-4 people, 1x/week $80 (total)

60 min, 2-4 people, 2x/week $140

*Available to teach yoga for special events, outdoor classes and backpacking trips.
